1. Growth Services

We offer personalized growth services to businesses that are focused on driving measurable results. Due to the customized nature of our services, once a service agreement is entered into and work has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund for services rendered.

However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage you to reach out to our team directly to address any concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue or adjust our approach as needed to ensure your satisfaction. If a service is canceled before work has begun, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Digital Downloadable Products

All digital products available for purchase on Addtocart Consulting (including eBooks, templates, courses, software, and any other downloadable products) are non-refundable. Once the product has been purchased and downloaded, it is deemed to have been used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any meetings or virtual sessions

4. Refund Requests

  • For Services: If you are unhappy with the services provided or wish to request a cancellation, please contact us at least 5 business days before the service is due to begin. If cancellation is requested after the service has started, we may not be able to provide a refund, but we will do our best to find a mutually beneficial solution.
  • For Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, we cannot issue refunds once a purchase has been made. However, if you encounter any technical issues or have trouble accessing the products, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
